All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment options
We accept payment only by a bank transfer either to our account in Europe (Germany) or in South Africa. For payment to our German account we use an exchange rate of ZAR 14 = 1 EUR, to make it as comfortable as possible for you. After receiving your transfer you’ll get a confirmation notice and we’ll start with the production process of your items.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. All cancellation enquiries should be sent to contact@MoooNiac.com.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Our Fine Art Prints are always sent in a packaging tube. For quality issues we check all our products and take photos of them before shipping. In the unlikely case that your product arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so that we can review and resolve the matter.

Delivery time
Please calculate with an average delivery time once your items leave our facility as follows: Domestic (South Africa): 3-5 business days; International: 5-10 business days, not including any delays clearing the destination country’s Customs Service

Tracking
We ship the orders by UPS, DHL or FedEx where applicable. A tracking link will be sent to you to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process.

Incorrect shipping address
Please notice, that extra costs of handling and shipping will apply. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please alert let us know immediately.

Duty and import fees
Customers outside South Africa are responsible for all international customs and duty fees as we are unable to calculate how much these fees are, if applicable. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. They incur at the time of delivery. Please note that your customs agency may notify you that they are holding your package if duty is due. You should enquire with the customs agency for more information and assistance. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Returns:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund -less shipping and handling fees.
Any return must be made within 3 days of receipt and returned in like condition. We recommended that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during return transit. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. When sending items back to us please re-use the original packaging and enclose your invoice. Please notice the maximum refund is ZAR 1500 per order.
Returns from outside South Africa can’t be accepted due to customs fees and potential return shipping damage.

Originals
On some of the originals there are traces of the artmanship, which may not be visible on the photos in the internet. If you’d like to, we can send you a photo of your required original.

Colour calibration
We’ve have tried to represent the colours of your prints accurately online. However, since the colours you see depend on your device settings, we cannot guarantee an 100% identical match between screen images and prints on paper or to the originals. So please bear in mind that colours and appearance of images may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen.

Dimension of the borders on the Fine Art Prints
Please note that the dimensions of the borders can vary slightly from their appearance on the screen depending the ordered print size.

Print Sizes
Please note that print paper and image sizes alter slightly. We advise not to create frames before your Fine Art Prints arrive in case of discrepancies.

However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this Website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the Website and screen out anything that may damage it. We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this Website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this Website or on our correspondence. Reasonable Control
MoooNiac and it’s owners or stuff shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to change the terms & condiions and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) without notice.
